Benning & Partners Belastingadviseurs is an independent partnership of tax advisors. Situated in the geographical centre of the Netherlands, in Soesterberg, and in the capital city of The Netherlands, in Amsterdam, we offer our services in the entire spectrum of tax law, social insurances and civil law. Short communication lines and a personal, no nonsense approach are characteristic for our corporate identity. Maintaining a high level of service is our basic principle.

Tax law is situated at the fascinating interface between law and economics. Typical of this discipline is a strong interaction with civil law, more specifically corporate law and family law. Cooperation with external professionals such as banks, solicitors, executive trustees and notaries is part of our daily business.
